CASTILLO , Q-Grade 85.75. Our main crop. Known for its smooth aroma and low citric acidity. It has similar qualities to Typica, Caturra and Bourbon. Offers a very clean cup with the complexity of sweet-fruity flavours. The acidity is vibrant without being too strong.

VARIEDAD COLOMBIA. Q-Grade 88. Colombia variety is the result of a hybridization from Caturra with the Timor Hybrid. It has the classic caramel and chocolate taste with hints of cherry. A sweet, bright and full-bodied bean with pleasant and creamy taste.

MOKKA . Q-grade 84.5. Very small roundish bean, similar to a peaberry bean. Complex and balanced. Creamy and sweet. Mokka is coffee in its own category. Main aromas: Sweet, fruit, chocolate, cocoa, brown sugar, honey, nougat, grape, dry fruit, maple syrup.

GEISHA-GESHA Q-grade 88. We have two types of Geisha. One with seeds from Panama, the other from trees which have been adapted to Colombian soil. Scented with a distinctive profile, tea-like with jasmine aroma, orange blossom, bergamot notes and delicate flowers.

TYPICA, Q-Grade 81,74. Typica is one of the world’s most iconic coffee varieties. It can be traced back to the birth-place of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia. Our Typica has a good balance between sweet, nut and chocolate. A mild coffee, like the famous Typica ‘Blue Mountain’ of Jamaica.

PACAMARA, Q-grade 86. Originated from a crossing between Pacas and Maragogipe beans. A clean and juicy cup, very vibrant, a multidimensional and delicate coffee. Balanced between sweet and fruity, with a touch of sugar cane, berry, cream, honey and maple syrup.

BOURBON, Q-Grade 85,5. A natural mutation of Typica, Bourbon is a high-quality, medium-yield coffee known for its sweet taste. It has low resistance to leaf rust and the coffee berry borer. Sweet and fruity, with nut and chocolate in a structured profile.

JAVA, Q-grade 84.25. Java has a long history. The variety was introduced to the island of Java from Ethiopia in the 19th century. A well structured coffee. Balanced with some apple notes. A good mixture of sweet, fruit and chocolate aromas. In its cup profile it resembles to Geisha.

SUDAN RUME Q-Grade 88,75. Sudan Rume is a variety which origins from Sudan. Very resistent to coffee diseases. Legendary competition coffee. Our coffee won an international competition 2020 in Switzerland, with a score of 90,7 points. Floral, fruity, balanced, great aroma.
